As a third generation Real Estate agent, Natosha decided the best thing she could do for the team was to obtain a broker's license. After receiving her broker's license in 2009, she was diligent to learn the business by working with a well known brokerage before she and Tonya Garduno established Classic Home Realty.
Since earning her Broker's license, Natosha actively participates in training and Real Estate seminars to stay current on all current local national market trends. Natosha is a Short Sale and REO certified agent. Her team of agents has been able to maintain a 99% success rate for completing Short Sales and saving home owners from a devistating foreclosure. Natosha graduated from California State University Fullerton and earned a Bacelor's of Arts degree in Communication, with an emphasis in Public Relations. In addition to her B.A., Natosha also completed an ABA accredited Paralegal Studies program. This background has proven invaluable to Classic Home Realty giving them an edge when it comes to marketing and quality assurance.
Before opening Classic Home Realty, Natosha worked for Bank of America and First American Title. Her experiences with these companies has given her a deep understanding of the lending industry as well as what to look for when researching land and title records.
You can be assured that when you sign up to work with Classic Home Realty, your assets are in good hands.
